I started my career as a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) in 2012, after a number of years working in a sales capacity for my family’s business. I did my articling at a Calgary firm called Buchanan Barry LLP. After a short-stint at KPMG, I joined an accounting and business advisory firm, Stawowski McGill in 2016. It was hear that I learned to not see businesses and owners as ‘taxable entities’, and focus more on their goals, aspirations and their struggles. In 2020, my partner and I started SummitPath LLP, placing value working with clients to not only satisfy their income tax and compliance needs, but helping them on the path to achieve their long-term goals – both in their business and personally.

I am an avid hiker in the summer, always looking for my next big challenge. I’ve crossed off Mount Kilimanjaro, the Lares Trek in the Andes, the Tour du Mont Blanc and even Everest Base Camp. I also enjoy movies, camping and traveling overseas. And, I’m always up for a good brew at a local pub.

I am a CPA, CA with over 15 years of experience. Prior to SummitPath, I have worked with companies ranging in many different industries providing executive leadership and oversight of accounting, finance, taxation and other departments. I am passionate about brining these skills to clients and educating and helping them see the value in the financial side of their business.

I love spending time with my family whether it is taking camping trips in the Summer, cheering on my son at his swim meets or coaching my daughters ringette team. When I do have some time for myself I enjoy golf, skiing, hockey and volleyball.

I have over six years of experience working as an administrator in the accounting field. I enjoy building relationships with clients, keeping things organized, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Supporting both clients and my team is what I find most rewarding about my role.

Outside of work, I enjoy thrifting, getting outside, camping, and redoing furniture. I love finding creative ways to unwind and stay inspired!

Greg Coulas is a seasoned CPA and finance professional with a well-rounded background in public accounting, consulting, and leadership roles in both public and private companies.

As Vice President of SummitPath Bookkeeping Inc., he now helps Canadian business owners focus on growth and efficiency by providing accurate, timely bookkeeping and operational accounting support.

Outside of work, I value time with my wife and young son—it’s the best part of my day. I’m passionate about staying active, whether it’s making time for a workout, playing a round of golf, or spending time on the ski hill during the winter. I’m also a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan and rarely miss a game during football season.

Sarah brings 15 years of experience from public practice accounting firms, where she specialized in preparing year-end financials and tax returns. As a client manager, she trained and mentored staff while supporting clients with their bookkeeping systems and workflows. Sarah joined SummitPath Bookkeeping in February 2025, bringing her expertise and client-focused approach to the team.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys a busy and fulfilling family life. She’s a proud girls hockey mom, always cheering from the stands, and never without a good cup of coffee in hand. A lover of the outdoors, she enjoys running, exploring nature, and spending time with her family. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll often find her getting creative with her Cricut machine, crafting everything from personalized gifts to home décor.

Karen joined SummitPath Bookkeeping Inc. in November 2021, bringing with her many years of experience. Her expertise lies in finance, bookkeeping and payroll. She holds certificates in QuickBooks on Line QuickBooks Payroll, and has completed many other related course.

Karen enjoys hiking, pickleball, and skating. She also loves to travel, enjoys reading, and playing her violin.

Currently pursuing my accounting diploma, I’m committed to growing my expertise in the field. I enjoy helping clients better understand their financials and making the accounting process clearer and more approachable. My goal is to provide accurate, reliable support that helps businesses thrive.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and staying active outdoors. I have a passion for travel and love immersing myself in different cultures and experiences. Whether it’s exploring nature or discovering new places, I’m always up for an adventure.

I’m a detail-oriented and adaptable accounting professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting major) and broad experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, project accounting, office management, and administration. I am QuickBooks certified, with a background in the oil & gas and construction industries. My earlier experience in banking, sales, and hospitality adds to my ability to work effectively across diverse teams and environments.

Outside of work, I’m all about making memories, sharing laughs, and finding inspiration in the little things that make life fun. I’m passionate about exploring new destinations and immersing myself in different cultures through travel. I’m an avid reader who loves getting lost in a great story, and I cherish spending meaningful time with my kids, friends, and furry companions.
